We offer neighborhood fitness centers throughout Michigan, Indiana and California.
We provide the latest results-producing equipment, a pool, whirlpool, steam room,
sauna, lockers, private showers and dressing rooms.

Unlike "other" gyms, exercise theme parks and impersonal warehouses,
we offer our members one-on-one personal attention from experienced
specialists. Our only concern is helping you with motivation, instruction,
information and sincere support. We get results - one member at a time.
