Using an artificial step to raise and lower your body, you get a great cardio workout and strengthen your legs at the same time.

Beginning Step: 

Teaches you the basic step movement, making it easier for any beginner to advance to the next level.

Advanced Step:

Moderate to high intensity step routine. Consists of squats, lunges, jumping jacks and jogs on the step.
