A: A Trained Specialist will give you a full assessment. Then design the best step-by-step program - specifically for you. A certified personal trainer will be with you every step of the way. We will instruct, assist, inform and spoil you with helpful service.
Q: Will I fit in?
A: Absolutely!!! We specialize in beginner programs for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Most of our new members are first time exercisers. You will relate to fellow members and enjoy the encouragement, companionship and support they give you. Our women-only and men-only fitness areas ensure privacy and a comfortable atmosphere.
Q: Will I stick with it?
A: You’ll reach your goals quickly. Then, you will begin our simple, exclusive maintenance program…guaranteed to keep you looking great. Bring a friend and your ability to stick with it increases even more.
Q: Will I have the time?
A: Definitely!!! Getting fit means more energy, better sleep and more time to enjoy life. Thirty minutes, two or three times a week, is all it takes. No appointment needed, so drop in anytime it fits into your busy schedule.
